Cancellation Policy

If you arrive late for your appointment, please note that your session may still have to end at the scheduled time. This is to ensure that subsequent appointments can start on time. I will do my best to accommodate the remaining time and provide a modified session within the remaining duration. Together, we will prioritize addressing your specific needs and concerns, but certain techniques or areas of focus may need to be adjusted or omitted. Regardless of the duration of your session due to late arrival, the full session fee will still apply. This is to honor the time reserved for you and the efforts made to prepare for your appointment. I kindly request that you notify me as soon as possible if you anticipate being late for your scheduled appointment. This allows time to make any necessary adjustments to the schedule and accommodate you to the best of my ability. Extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration on a case-by-case basis.
